Half Day Care 7.45 am - 12.15 pm or   12.15 pm - 6.00 pm 

Ladybirds:

Short day 9.15 am - 3.15 pm  2 - 3 years

Morning Half Day options 9.15am - 11.15 or 12.15 or

Afternoon Half Day options 12.15pm - 3.15pm

Early start Option: 8.50am Start 2 - 4 years

Breakfast Club: 7.45 am - 8.45am 3 - 11 years

After School Club 3.30pm 6.00 pm 3 - 11 years

Holiday Club:

Full Day 8.00 am - 6.00 pm 3 - 11 years

Morning Session 8.00 am - 1.00 pm

Afternoon Session 1.00 pm - 6.00 pm

Short Day 10am – 4pm

Buddies is closed for the School Christmas Holidays and on all statutory Bank Holidays. Holiday Club will operate during certain school development days.

Extended session for Pre-school/Ladybirds 

Age of admittance: 2 - 4 years 

Opening times: Monday - Friday 

9.15 am - 3.15 pm term time only 

Children may bring a packed lunch, or a hot meal will be provided at an extra cost. 

Children attending pre-school or Ladybirds are able to remain in the care of Barnston Buddies from 9.15 - 3.15 pm during school term time. An early start from 8.50am can be arranged at an additional cost. After lunch  our activities will continue. A rest area is provided where children can sleep or participate in some quieter  activities.  

Full or Half Day Care 

Age of admittance: 3 - 4 years 

Opening times: 07.45 am - 6.00 pm Half day 7.45 am - 12.15 pm or 12.15 pm - 6pm 

Morning sessions include breakfast and snack. Afternoon sessions include a snack and a drink. Children  may bring packed lunches, or hot meals can be provided at an extra cost.  

Children attending full day and half day care can be assured of the highest standards of care. They will attend breakfast club where they will benefit from playing and socialising with school children up to the age of 11.  Each child will be allocated a key carer who will remain with them throughout the morning as they attend pre school sessions and lunch. There will be opportunities to explore and experiment with a wide range of activities and  resources. Quiet areas are provided for children to rest or sleep and participate in quieter activities. Afternoon staff  will remain with younger children during after school club when they will be joined, again, by primary school  children for an afternoon snack and some more fun activities.
